2010 Rates - Grandmanor Guest House & Apartments

NEW RATES

These are the rates that come into effect as of January 1st, 2010.

Daily and Weekly Rentals have a 15% tax. Please note that as of July 1, 2010 taxes will be 22% on all short term bookings. There is a Two-Week cancelation policy, with a fee of $20.00.

Monthly bookings require a damage deposit of 1/2 months rent for a minium two months stay. One-month retals have an additional $100.00 charge. There is a One-Month cancelation policy with a fee of $200.
